Now...on with the Blog.
My battery runs down and I am Blogging as I wake up in bed so I will have to make this short and to the point.
I ended up at a big festival last night with H and a bunch of his soccer friends. Even though I did not attend the game they came and picked me up for the post-game activities. I have a feeling that I am gonna get out a lot this summer. After the whole job break-down, melt-down thing last weekend, H told me he was gonna plan a summer like never before. I'll believe it when I LIVE it!
Mental Note: Check bones in H's body...does he have ONE kind one in there.
So we all get to this festival with a great band playing sounds from the 50's and 60's, which really isn't my style, but I LOVE music, so I can have fun with just about everything.
What a crowd..... Now this was not an upscale, posh funky festival on the east side or down town, or far west side suburb...no art fair or classic auto show here...this was more of a beer drinking, all around church festival crowd with a band, some rides and a bunch of mid-western junk food. I shoulda wore some Harley wear...not that it was full of bikers... but it woulda made me feel a Bit more socially accepted!!! I do believe that everyone had some sorta tatoo!
ALl in ALL one must experience crowds that are not inside their own social loop every once in a while, DOn't ya think? It makes them accepting of others and understanding of people in general. And as the evenig progressed...a bunch of us ended up on dance floor (parking lot) to make fools of ourselves with this particlular song. And hey, ya know the part where you get softer and softer and down to the ground? I was able to get back UP again!!! Yippeee!
After the fest closed...we went out some more- So I am way too lazy to type anymore...MUST GET COFFEE AND CHARGE BATTERY...mine and this old laptop's!!!
Going to a car show today...All Volkswagons!!!
"A little bit louder now shout

a little bit louder now shout
hey hey hey hey
shout"

Dear Mn- This music I do know about. The original recording of "Shout" was done by the Isley Bros. Beatles recorded a song called"Twist and Shout".

The Blues Bros. never sang original material and although a funny movie, couldn't sing worth a "lick"
