After hours of
disagreement
I find that
ALL of the WOnderful things
that H has done this last week
were all for HIM
and the ONE event
that I REALLY wanted to go to tonight...a fest downtown by the river-Riverspalsh...he blew off...just flicked his hand and said No, not tonight."
causing me to hold my head while sitting on porch steps with a glass of wine and a heartache...
Granted...
We DID eventually end up there...where I wanted to be
but not with smiles

And in front of friends
we smile, (but not at eachother)
and try to seem happy...

Mental Note: SEE....no kind bones...just ALL ABOUT HIM...the flea market...car parts search...the church fest...excuse to stay out late with HIS friends and have someone to keep their wives busy...the car show...a chance for him to show me a new Porsche he wants to buy at the adjacent car lot...hmmm...HIM, HIM, HIM...

IS THIS WHAT ALL MARRIED COUPLES DO?
PRETEND to care about the OTHER?
(at some point?)

Just feeling sad...no confused...no pissed...no...no feelings here...what was I thinking?!
and that is not unusual
