Today was fantastic....well NOT totally fantastic...
But close enough!!!

No classes at the high school due to exams...I give mine tomorrow at 8 A.M.

So I twiddled my thumbs as much as humanly possible...then skipped out for a bit and went to the store... bought a few items of need...
Then cruised to the middle school.

Now, I shoulda stayed in the air conditioned comfort of my vehicle for a bit longer, cuz the temperature read 92 in the car and the middle school was a human sweat box.

(Ohhh...it thunders as I type!)

The hallways were obnoxiously bustling, and as an 8th grader brushed my shoulder during the change of class...I found him to be totally WET from the heat. Yuckkkkk

I wrote a fantastic poem while helping a student finish up his...but I stupidly left it in my desk drawer...(Hope it is not discovered by Mr. R who shares that desk with me in the morning!)

We watched a corny movie 7th hour and by 8th hour I was out of the building again....went to the high school to check my exam masters.

I have no flipping clue why I am so happy...there is nothing concrete to cause this bliss. I bought Gerber Dasies on the way home from work...two packs of cigarettes and a 12 pack of ice cold Wiess beer. Tonight I am home...but the next two are nights of Parties. Wednesday is the Old School night out and Thursday is the New School night out....both parties that I need not miss...then Friday is...well this entire weekend is gonna rock!!!

I've got this uncontrollable urge to smile!!!
Hmmm...what will ruin it?

Headline reads..."TEACHER is OUTTA CONTROL"
